To ensure product consistency and the best customer service, we've added all the additional details to make sure you order is everything you envision it to be. Please review the information below and feel free to contact us with any questions. 

Record Jacket

Our full-color jackets and labels are printed and assembled in-house by our fantastic team. The 10" jackets are fold overs, meaning they are not glued, and they open like a book. The jackets are held together with the clear outer slip cover.

Clients provide the artwork. We'll provide you a template to make sure everything looks perfect.  Check them out, here.

Shipping & Turnaround Time

Shipping Details

  • FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA! 

    • ​All orders are shipped via Media Mail or Ground Advantage through the US Postal Service. Contact us if you prefer a different shipping method - additional charges may apply.

  • All of our orders are shipped in our biodegradable film and packing peanuts.

Order Turnaround Time

We do our best to cut and ship your records as quickly as possible. Current estimated departure from our facility is 6-10 weeks after  receipt of payment.

​

Standard 6-10 week processing time is included with the cost of your order. 

​

NOTE: We can take orders before your audio/artwork is ready! Since the default turnaround time is 6-10 weeks, you can pay for an order, and then still have a couple weeks to work on your audio and/or artwork. Ideally, we would like to recive the assets within about 2 weeks after the initial payment is made, but there is a little bit of leway there. 

​

HOWEVER, if you are using one of our rush services (detailed below), you do need your audio/artwork ready for the processing of the order to begin.

Guaranteed Expedited Processing ​

Below are the options to have your order expedited. All orders are guarenteed to ship from our facility within the timeframes stated below. Shipping time is not included. Audio/Artwork must be ready/submitted before processing of the order begins
